WHAT IS MY GOAL IN 2023?

As I had written in October, that month I achieved my two annual goals: BRL 45,000.00 in dividends and BRL 1,000,000.00 million invested in variable income.
But at the end of the year, I far exceeded my dividend target. I ended up earning BRL 56,227.59 (5.23% return on cost), which corresponds to an increase of 82.48% over the previous year, when I ended up with a return of 3.93% (R$30,812 .78).
Of the invested capital, I ended up with the amount of R$ 1,075,698.36, thus exceeding my goal by 7.57%.
Last year I had ended with R$784,352.14 in variable income and R$140,099.11 in fixed income, thus totaling R$924,451.25. This year, I ended the year with BRL 64,931.34 in fixed income, whose value added to variable income results in BRL 1,140,629.70.
Therefore, the difference between the two years is BRL 216,178.45, and withdrawing BRL 56,227.59 as dividends received, I had an active income of BRL 159,950.86. Not bad!
Next year (2023), I intend to receive BRL 72,000.00 in dividends, so I have to have an invested capital of BRL 1,200,000.00, as I value a 6% return on cost.
But, in 2024, I already want to be sure of receiving BRL 84,000.00 in dividends. Therefore, for the year 2023, my goal is to have BRL 1,400,000.00 of invested capital, which represents a 6% yield.
As I expect to receive BRL 72,000.00 in dividends and I already have a fixed income of BRL 64,931.34, I need to earn an active income of BRL 187,370.31 (BRL 1,400,000.00 - BRL 72,000.00 - BRL 64,931.34 - BRL 1,075,698.36), which is doable based on what I made in the year 2022. But it becomes challenging when you have a newborn.
Well, so these are my goals for 2023: to receive BRL 72,000.00 in dividends and have invested BRL 1,400,000.00.
I will have to work a lot harder than this year, but I am willing to meet my goal.
Wish me luck.
